Summer Schedule
We are looking forward to a fun and productive summer! This is when you build the fitness that will let you carry your speed for a full 5k. We will have runs at Beaver Lake Park, and occational other locations, weight room sessions, and will connect you with your upper classmen for planning of fun activities outside of running. Bring water, good running attire (trainers, athletic shirt, sweatshirt?, shorts), and a way to record your run (GPS watch or Strava App on your phone), especially if you are new.

Olympic Weightlifting Lessons
Our Javelin Coach from Track, Pat Burke, will be teaching Olympic Lifts the week before we get our summer running started. All are welcome!

- Weights are optional, but we'd love you to come!
- There is built in extra time for you to get food. Either bring food, or plan with others to get food (Chipotle is the first place that comes to mind) between running and lifting.

11am - Weights at Skyline

10am - Adventure Runs
We will find a place nearby to get food after each run
